About doctonex

We make medical careers and medical care plannable.

Many doctors want to work in Germany. At the same time, many facilities urgently need doctors. In between lies a path of applications, exams and deadlines that nobody has planned as a whole so far. That is what we do, for both sides.

doctonex plans the path of doctors into practising medicine in Germany: language, recognition, examination, first position and specialist training through to board certification. A dedicated team supports them personally along the way. Our support follows the doctonex credo: as much human contact as possible, as much technology as necessary.

What we take responsibility for

  1. 01 · Privacy Your profile belongs to you. You release your profile yourself. Facilities see your profile without your name. They only receive your name and contact details once you agree to a request. You can switch off visibility in your profile at any time. The platform and documents are hosted on servers in Germany.
  2. 02 · Fair recruitment We do not recruit in countries that need their doctors themselves. We follow the WHO Code of Practice and do not actively recruit in countries on the WHO safeguard list.
  3. 03 · Verified information We check every profile on four points. Diploma, registration, career history, language level and recognition procedure, each with evidence and reference date. Verification is carried out by VMed.Pro.
  4. 04 · No cost for the job You pay nothing for your new job. Costs only arise if you book Plus or Guidance.
